Job description :
Responsible on the day to day operation of store
Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
Providing excellent service to customers leading to a direct increase in sales revenue within an image conscious environment where teamwork, trust, respect and care for each other are key factors
Qualification :
Male / Female, age between 25-31 years old
Minimum education is Senior High School (SMU/ SMK) of any major
Able to work on retail hours (shift), including weekends and public holidays
Having experience minimum 2 years in retail industry, experience in Supervisory or Managerial role would be an advantage
Preferably from sport or lifestyle product in retail industry
Fluent in spoken and written English
Able to use Ms Office (Excel)
Must be hands on, resourceful, result oriented, and strong in teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining the team
